Here’s something you won’t find during your daily scouting trip over on your favorite online auction site or virtual marketplace.

The Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber Formula 1 race team is putting its launch car—a replica of the team’s 2024 car that will open the season at the Bahrain test session later this month—up for auction over at f1authentics.com. (And, yes, this may have just become our favorite auction site).

The replica car, touted as the C44, was unveiled this past week at the team’s “Launch Show” and was manufactured by the race team’s official partner, U.K.-based Memento Exclusives.

The C44 replica, featuring a striking black and green livery, will be part of a large-scale online auction will be held in March on F1 Authentics. An opening bid has yet to be announced.

Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber Team Representative commented:

“Memento Exclusives is a trusted partner of the team when it comes to producing high-quality, high-fidelity replicas of our cars, and it was a natural choice to produce the C44 we unveiled to the world at our launch in London,” said Alessandro Alunni Bravi, team principal with the Sauber team. “Not only they enabled us to display a car identical to the one that will roll out on track in Bahrain, therefore giving our team, partners and, most importantly, fans the chance to see the car up close.

“Memento has also created a valuable asset for our team that will be of use in further occasions. With the auction, this piece of motorsport history, used in the launch of our new team identity, can be yours.”
